LUCAMA, NC (November
15) - Trevor Noles
capitalized on a bold 3-wide
move with 10 laps to go to
pass Christopher Bell and
Jody Measamer and win
Saturday afternoon's Mason
Dixon Meltdown 200 at

South Super Late Model
triumph and also marked the
first series win for the
Coulter Motorsports team.
"We finally got the
monkey off our back and I
just can't thank Coulter
Motorsports and Randy
Renfrow, they give me 110
percent every week," said
Noles in victory lane. "I
drove just as hard as I
could those last few laps
and we're finally here where
we belong. It's been a long,
cold weekend and I just
can't thank everybody enough
for being here today."

BELL
- MOORE - MEASAMER |
Ryan Moore
Survives Wild Last Lap for
North-South Shootout Win at
Caraway |
SOPHIA,
NC (November 2) -
Scarborough, Maine's Ryan
Moore survived an intense
late race battle with
Christopher Bell to secure
his first career Pro All
Stars Series (PASS) South
Super Late Model win in the
12th Annual North-South
Shootout Sunday afternoon at
Caraway Speedway. Moore was
able to take advantage of an
opportunity when Bell
appeared to make contact
with his Kyle Busch
Motorsports teammate Karl
Weber's machine while trying
to put him a lap down, which
resulted in a slow leak on
Bell's right front tire.
Bell tried to furiously to
protect the inside groove as
Moore closed in over the
final laps, with the two
cars making contact entering
turn three on the last lap,
sending Bell up the track
and Moore to victory lane.
"I
couldn't run the 52 [Bell]
down so I decided I would
save my tires and take care
of it and I knew we were
gonna catch lap traffic and
I caught him," said Moore,
alongside the RC Moore
Transportation Chevrolet
afterwards. "I hate he had
to tear my car up there on
the last lap, but he was
going for the win too. It
was an exciting trip down
the backstretch I can tell
you that. I didn't know if
we were both gonna wreck or
what was gonna happen. It
was a fun race."

Christopher Bell
Makes Impressive Debut With
PASS South Win At Orange
County |
ROUGEMONT,
NC (October 18) - Making
only his second start in an
asphalt stock car,
Oklahoma's Christopher Bell
dominated the second half of
the Orange County 150
presented by CV Products
Saturday night at Orange
County Speedway for his
first career Pro All Stars
Series (PASS) South Super
Late Model win. The victory
was the second of the 2014
PASS season for the Kyle
Busch Motorsports team to go
along with a win by Busch at
Canada's Autodrome Chaudiere
in August.
"This is
just unbelievable to come
out here and run with John
Hunter Nemechek and all of
these guys and come out on
top," said Bell after
scoring the win in his PASS
South Super Late Model
debut. "I can't thank all of
my guys enough. They took me
racing for the first time a
few weeks ago and I really
struggled. But, they
believed in me and stuck
with me and now here we
are."

Peltier Makes It
Three-In-A-Row with PASS
South Win at Hickory |
HICKORY,
NC (August 16) - Preston
Peltier took the lead with
five laps to go from race
long dominator Tyler Dippel
and held on for his third
straight Pro All Stars
Series (PASS) South Super
Late Model win in the Over
The Mountain 150 Saturday
night at Hickory Motor
Speedway. The win increases
Peltier's All-Time series
wins total to 13, the most
in PASS South history.
"Tyler [Dippel] just kept
pushing me higher and higher
into the loose stuff on that
last restart, but I finally
got a good enough run coming
off turn two that I was able
to clear him and get the
win," said Peltier after his
fifth PASS South Super Late
Model win at Hickory since
2010. "I don't know what it
is about this place, but
we've got a really good
setup and the breaks just
seem to fall our way in the
end."

Peltier took the lead on a

and led the rest of the way

“I was pretty
dejected earlier today when
I hit the wall in practice
and almost decided to load
up and go home, but
everybody came over and
thrashed to get this thing
ready and here we are,” said
Peltier after his second
straight PASS South Super
Late Model win this season.
“We wrecked last Saturday
down in Georgia and worked
all week to get here, worked
a lot of late nights, and it
all paid off.”

Peltier Ends PASS South
Drought With
Hard
Fought Win At Southern
National |
KENLY, NC (July 12)
– Preston Peltier survived a
furious battle with Tyler
Church and Jared Irvan in
the Southern National 150 to
claim his first Pro All
Stars Series (PASS) South
Super Late Model win in over
a year Saturday night at
Southern National
Motorsports Park. The win
was Peltier’s first since
winning the 2013 Easter
Bunny 150 at Hickory Motor
Speedway and pushed his PASS
South career wins total to
11, tops among all drivers.
“Man, I tell ya, I just
drove as hard as I could and
these guys never stopped
believing in me,” said
Peltier after his first ever
PASS South win at Southern
National. “I hope he
[Church] isn’t mad at me, I
didn’t give him any room
that’s for sure. I needed
this win in a bad way and I
thank Tyler for driving me
clean.”
Peltier started
then evening off in fine
form claiming his 15th
career PASS South quick
qualifying time with a lap
94.259 miles per hour around
the high banked, 4/10 mile
speedway. Following the top
10 qualifiers redraw,
Peltier would slot into the
fourth starting position
while rookie Zane Smith and
veteran Brandon Ward moved
up to the front row.

Hemric Edges
Burton With Late Surge
For Greenville Firecracker
125 Win |
EASLEY, SC (July 3)
- Daniel Hemric made what
has become an almost
characteristic late race
surge to pass rookie
Harrison Burton with four
laps to go and claim the win
in the 8th running of the
Firecracker 125 Thursday
night at Greenville-Pickens
Speedway. Hemric’s sixth
career Pro All Stars Series
(PASS) South Super Late
Model win was tempered,
however, when a car he
owned, driven by Denver
Foran stopped on the track
to bring out a caution with
22 laps to go. PASS
officials deemed that Foran
intentionally stopped on the
speedway to bring out the
caution. Foran has been
suspended indefinitely by
PASS for attempting to
manipulate the outcome of
the race and Hemric has been
fined and placed on
probation for the remainder
of the season.
“Hats
off to Carswell Motorsports,
to do this four times this
year is just unbelievable
for me and the whole team,”
said Hemric, after sweeping
both PASS events at
Greenville-Pickens Speedway
this year. “We get so strung
out here and I was hoping we
would be 9th or 10th when
that last caution came out
with 25 laps to go. When
they said we were 18th I got
a little worried, but
everything worked out.”

Timm
Outlasts Peltier For 1st
Career
PASS
South Win At South Boston |
SOUTH BOSTON, VA
(June 7) – Cole Timm
wrestled the lead away from
his racing mentor Preston
Peltier coming to the white
flag and held on to win his
first career Pro All Stars
Series (PASS) South Super
Late Model race Saturday
night at Virginia’s South
Boston Speedway. Timm’s
victory came as a surprise
to few since the 15-year-old
driver has been knocking on
the door as of late
finishing second in two of
the last seven PASS South
events dating back to last
year.
“I’ve never
driven that many hard laps
in my life and as hard as I
drove, I still messed up
that last restart and let
him [Peltier] get by me, but
luckily we had that high
line going and we were able
to get back by and pull it
off,” said Timm afterwards
in victory lane.

PASS South Win at Southern

LUCAMA, NC (May 31)
– Daniel Hemric took
advantage of late race
contact between leaders
Preston Peltier and Trevor
Noles to secure his third
Pro All Stars Series (PASS)
South Super Late Model win
of the season in Saturday
night’s Dogwood Blossom 150
at Southern National
Motorsports Park. All three
of Hemric’s PASS South
triumphs this year have come
after late race rallies that
have seen him take the lead
with 12 or fewer laps left
to go in each race.
“Without a little luck on
your side you can never get
one of these things, these
races are so hard to win
now,” said Hemric, after
becoming the first multiple
time winner in 7 PASS South
events at Southern National.
“The cautions fell right so
we could show the fans what
we had left. It’s just an
honor to be a part of this
deal and hopefully we can
come back and do it again
soon.”

TYLER CHURCH -
DJ SHAW - PRESTON PELTIER |
Shaw Makes Last Lap Pass
To Win 9th Annual Easter Bunny
150 At Hickory |
HICKORY, NC (April 20) – New
Hampsire’s DJ Shaw parlayed an
aggressive move on the final lap
into the win in the Pro All Stars
Series (PASS) Super Late Model 9th
Annual Easter Bunny 150 Sunday
afternoon at Hickory Motor Speedway.
Shaw and PASS South points leader
Tyler Church made contact entering
turn three allowing Shaw to move by
and claim his first PASS South Super
Late Model win. The race was delayed
for nearly 24 hours after torrential
rains drenched the Southeast on
Saturday.
“I got a little
more aggressive there than usual,
but I lost this race last year with
Preston [Peltier] for letting him be
aggressive with me,” said Shaw after
his first career Easter Bunny 150
triumph. “It’s great to win at a
historic place like Hickory and I
just have to thank the fans and PASS
for getting it in today and
supporting us on Easter.”
In
qualifying, Preston Peltier claimed
his 13th career quick qualifying
time and fifth overall at Hickory
with a lap of 80.816 miles per hour.
Following the top 10 qualifiers
redraw, Peltier dropped to second
alongside Jared Irvan, who would
start from the pole.

Newton Takes
PASS South Thriller at
Orange County Speedway |
ROUGEMONT, NC (April
5) - Roger Lee Newton held
off a furious last lap
charge by Trevor Noles that
saw Noles spin across the
finish line to win the 9th
Annual Orange Blossom
Special Saturday night for
the Pro All Stars Series
(PASS) South Super Late
Models at Orange County
Speedway. Newton's second
Orange Blossom Special
victory puts him in elite
company joining Preston
Peltier as the only drivers
to ever win the event more
than once.
"I don't
know what it is about this
place, but I love it," said
Newton after ending a
winless streak dating back
to 2011. "He (Noles) hit me,
but that's racing. It's the
last lap and you do anything
to win. When he hit me, I
just nailed the gas and it
stuck. I don't know what to
say, I just can't believe
it."

Hemric Surges
Late Again For Wild PASS
South Win At Dillon |
DILLON, SC (March 8)
- For the second week
in-a-row, Daniel Hemric made
yet another late race surge
to win the Pro All Stars
Series (PASS) South Super
Late Model event Saturday
night at Dillon Motor
Speedway. Hemric passed Cole
Timm with two laps to go
when Timm tangled with the
slower car of Will Gallaher
and survived a
green-white-checker finish
for the win in the 9th
Annual South Carolina Clash.
"He [Timm] did a heck of
a job, that kid's got a
bright future, but I was in
the right place at the right
time when he got hung up
behind the 5 [Gallaher],"
said Hemric in victory lane.
"To be able to win last week
in the Woodman Racing car
and to win this week in the
Carswell Motorsports car
sets us up real well for

Hemric Mounts
Late Charge To Win PASS
South Opener At
Greenville-Pickens |
EASLEY, SC (March 1)
- Daniel Hemric came back
from nearly a lap down and
benefitted from a late
caution to take the lead
from Randy Gentry with 10
laps to go and win the Pro
All Stars Series (PASS)
South Super Late Model
season opener Saturday night
at Greenville-Pickens
Speedway. Hemric's win in
the Fox Carolina 150 was his
third career PASS South
Super Late Model triumph and
his second behind the wheel
of car owner Dickie
Woodman's Ford.
"The
plan was to just stay in
front of the leaders and
stay on the lead lap," said
Hemric in victory lane. "I
thought I had saved enough
and I told them I could go,
but I couldn't have caught
them if I didn't have a
caution. We knew if we could
get to lap 130 and have a
shot that we thought we had
the best car here."

PASS Cancels New
Smyrna Event; Greenville To
Open PASS National,
South, & Pro Late Model
Seasons |
CHARLOTTE, NC
(February 1) - Due to
circumstances out of their
control and with great
disappointment, Pro All
Stars Series (PASS)
officials announced today
the cancellation of next
weekend's Winter Meltdown at
New Smyrna Speedway.
Miscommunication which
resulted in the speedway
website not being updated
with information about the
event, the speedway marquee
not being changed to promote
the event and a test session
scheduled by the speedway
that would have extremely
limited PASS teams practice
time on Friday led to the
cancellation.
For
any teams that pre-entered
for the Winter Meltdown,
those entries will be
refunded and mailed out on
Monday. Any teams that would
like to transfer entries to
the Greenville-Pickens
Speedway event on March 1
need to contact the PASS
offices by Monday.
"We are extremely
disappointed in having to
cancel the Winter Meltdown
at New Smyrna Speedway,"
said PASS President Tom
Mayberry. "I know that this
is very inconvenient for our
teams that have prepared
their cars and booked travel
to Florida, but we felt this
decision was best in light
of the circumstances. With
that said, we're very
excited to kick our season
off at Greenville-Pickens on
March 1." The Fox
Carolina 150 at
Greenville-Pickens Speedway
on March 1 will now become a
PASS National Championship
Series event and will also
serve as the opener for the
PASS South Super Late Models
and PASS Pro Late Models.
The Pro All Stars Series
is recognized as North
America's premier
sanctioning body for asphalt
Super Late Models and boasts
such marquee events as PASS
South's Easter Bunny 150 at
the historic Hickory Motor
Speedway, the Autobus La
Quebecoise Triple Crown at
Autodrome Chaudière, and the
legendary Oxford 250 at
Oxford Plains Speedway.

PASS Pro Late
Models: Perimeter Or
Straight Rail – Which Will
Take The Title In 2014? |
|
CHARLOTTE, NC
(January 23) – Since its
inception in 2012, the Pro
All Stars Series (PASS) Pro
Late Model division has been
all about creating another
avenue for up-and-coming
racers to take their next
steps up the racing ladder.
But, it has also been about
inclusion. A division where
a straight rail chassis,
like the PASS South Super
Late Models, or a perimeter
chassis, those mainly
utilized by Late Model Stock
racers, can compete together
on a level playing field.
And the results speak for
themselves.
In the
inaugural season for the
PASS Pro Late Model division
in 2012, perimeters and
straight rails went
head-to-head. Veteran Clay
Thomas won the series first
ever race at Dillon Motor
Speedway and Lexington, SC’s
Austin Leitner had multiple
wins en route to the
championship. Both while
driving perimeter machines.
Along the way, youngsters
like Tate Fogelman and Cole
Timm showed their prowess
with wins driving straight
rails. Last year, Trevor
Noles and Harrison Burton
dominated the division also
driving straight rails. So,
which combination will come
out on top in 2014?
The PASS Pro Late Model
division utilizes a limited
tire usage rule and places
restrictions on engines and
shocks. The division
provides an avenue for
racers to compete at many of
the same tracks that the
PASS South Super Late Models
compete on. The PASS Pro
Late Models will race 13
times in conjunction with
the PASS South Super Late
Model division this year.
Also in 2014, the Ford
McGunegill crate engine has
been made legal for
competition. Additionally,
former UARA-STARS Late Model
competitors are invited to
compete with the PASS Pro
Late Models with minor
modifications to their
machines.
The Pro All
Stars Series is recognized
as North America’s premier
sanctioning body for asphalt
Super Late Models and boasts
such marquee events as the
Florida Winter Meltdown at
New Smyrna Speedway, the
Easter Bunny 150 at the
historic Hickory Motor
Speedway, the Autobus La
Qubecoise Triple Crown at
Autodrome Chaudiere, and the
legendary Oxford 250 at
Oxford Plains Speedway.
