The Pro All Stars Series
(PASS) South and National Super Late
Model Series seasons concluded at
Concord Speedway (NC) on Saturday,
November 26th, with the running of
the Thanksgiving Classic Mason-Dixon
Meltdown 200. When the checkered
flag flew, Colt James earned his
first PASS South victory while Ryan
Blaney won his first PASS South
championship and Ben Rowe earned his
second National series title.
34 Super Late Model drivers took
to the track for qualifying. Jay
Fogleman, who entered the event as
the South division points leader by
a mere six points over Blaney, set
fast time, followed by Heath
Hindman, James, Blaney, Eric
Darnell, Logan Ruffin, Austin
Theriault, Gray Gaulding, Preston
Peltier and Trey Mitchell. Andy
Loden, who entered the event 10
points behind Fogleman in third,
qualified 16th. National points
leader Rowe (by 38 points) timed in
19th while Cassius Clark, second in
National points, qualified 18th.

The Pro All Stars Series
(PASS) South headed back to the
famed Hickory Motor Speedway (NC) on
Saturday, October 29th, for the Over
the Mountain 150 Super Late Model
event, the second to last race of
the 2011 season. Despite not being
in the championship hunt, Maine
racer Ben Rowe survived the event,
claiming the win and earning the
honors of the all-time wins leader
in the South Super Late Model
series.
With over 40 cars on
hand, just qualifying into the event
was a premium for most racers.
Taking fast time was Alex Fleming
with a 14.807-second lap. He was
followed by Andy Loden, Kyle
Grissom, Bradley McCaskill and
Rebecca Kasten. The balance of the
field was determined by qualifying
times and a last-chance qualifier to
fill the 28-car field.

The Pro All Stars Series
(PASS) South Super Late Models
headed to Ace Speedway in Altamahaw,
North Carolina, on Saturday,
September 3rd, for the �Labor Day
Classic 150� event, the 11th race of
the 2011 season. After multiple
leaders and a wild conclusion, Clay
Rogers went to victory lane, earning
his second-career PASS South Super
Late Model Series victory, his
second win in a row.
A total
of 21 Super Late Model racers headed
into qualifying, looking to take top
honors during the two-lap session,
but it was a familiar name on top of
the charts as Andy Loden set yet
another track record with a
14.910-second lap.

headed to South Boston Speedway in
Virginia on Saturday, August 20th,
for the �PASS 150 Presented by
Gazette Virginian� event, the 10th
race of the 2011 season. In the nine
previous races of the year, multiple
drivers, including Chris Eggleston,
Stephen Nasse, Roger Lee Newton and
Bubba Pollard, all went to the PASS
South victory lane for the first
time. On Saturday, one more name was
added to the list as accomplished
racer Clay Rogers earned his first
series victory.
�Thanks for
everybody for coming out,� said an
excited Rogers in victory lane to
the fans. �I hope that was the show
you wanted that you paid for.�

His Career |
The Pro All
Stars Series (PASS) South Super Late
Models headed to Gresham Motorsports
Park in Jefferson, Georgia, on
Saturday, July 16th, for the �Racing
Radios 100� event, the first time
the series raced on the
newly-configured and renamed track.
While series regular Andy Loden
dominated the event up front, a late
yellow allowed series invaders Bubba
Pollard and Augie Grill a shot at
the top spot. At the checkered flag,
Pollard was able to earn the victory
by just 0.021 seconds over Grill,
earning his first-series victory.
�I enjoy racing with the PASS
guys,� said Pollard in victory lane.
�Hopefully we can make more of their
races.�

The Pro All Stars Series
(PASS) South Super Late Models
continued their 2011 season during
the Fourth of July weekend on
Friday, July 1st, with the
Firecracker 150 event at Ace
Speedway, located in Altamahaw,
North Carolina. Series points leader
Jay Fogleman looked like he was
going to pad his points lead by
winning the event, but at the
checkered flag, it was Ryan Blaney
earning his second win of the
season, the only driver to enter
victory lane twice in the 2011
highly-competitive Super Late Model
series.
With the temperatures
well into the 90s throughout the
day, the PASS South Super Late Model
racers headed into the qualifying
session. Andy Loden set the fast
time early during qualifying, but it
was Blaney ripping off a
14.939-second lap, a new track
record, earning the fast time of the
day. Preston Peltier, Jimmy Weller,
Stephen Nasse, Loden, Steven
Legendre, Ryan Reed, Colt James,
Fogleman and Heath Hindman rounded
out the top-10 fastest speeds. After
the redraw, James and Loden sat on
the front row with Hindman, Nasse,
Legendre, Fogleman, Reed, Weller,
Blaney and Peltier completing to the
top 10.

The Pro All Stars Series
(PASS) South Super Late Models made
their annual trip to Orange County
Speedway in Rougemont, North
Carolina, for the �Orange Blossom
Special 125� on Saturday, June 4th.
After 125 laps of intense racing,
Roger Lee Newton drove his machine
to victory lane for his first series
win, the seventh-different winner of
the 2011 PASS South season.
The excitement of the day kicked off
during qualifying. With 27 cars on
hand looking for a great starting
spot, it was once again Andy Loden
taking the top honors with a lap
time of 13.662 seconds, a new track
record and his ninth-career PASS
South Super Late Model pole award.
Justin Wakefield, Jimmy Weller, Jay
Fogleman, Preston Peltier, Bubba
Pollard, Heath Hindman, John Batten,
Mark Gibson and Newton were the
remainder of the top-10 qualifiers.

South Boston Speedway on Saturday
night and after 150 green flag laps
Andy Loden drove to victory lane to
earn his first win of the 2011
racing season.
24 drivers hit
the track under the sunny skies and
Preston Peltier made it two fast
times in a row with a 15.049-second
lap. Cale Gale, Loden, Philip
Morris, Daniel Hemric, Jody
Lavender, Justin Wakefield, Stephen
Nasse, Ryan Blaney and David
Quackenbush rounded out the top-10
qualifiers.

the prestigious Easter Bunny super
late model showdown, the first PASS
National event of the 2011 race
season. Florida native Stephen Nasse
went to victory lane after a rough
and tumble battle with defending
PASS South Champion Preston Peltier.
44 of the nation's top Super
Late Model drivers hit the track to
earn their way into the field during
qualifying and, it was Preston
Peltier claiming the pole with a
14.734-second lap over Justin
Wakefield, Bradley McCaskill, Andy
Loden and Dean Clattenburg.

With 77 drivers making their
way to North Wilkesboro Speedway
(NC) April 7th � 10th to try and win
the �THE RACE� Pro All Stars Series
(PASS) South,
only one driver could go home with
the $75,000.00 winner�s purse. At
the end of 300 laps of competition,
Colorado�s Chris Eggleston crossed
under the checkered flag first to
win the historic event.
�Holy
cow! That is my initial thought,�
said a happy Eggleston in victory
lane. �This deal didn�t come
together until two weeks ago. Crew
chief Butch Miller gave me a call,
said he got a sponsor, and decided
to let me come on out and drive. He
has never steered me wrong. I am so
happy!�

Take Win at Dillon Motor Speedway |
Dillon SC (4/2) The second race in
the 2011 season for the Pro All Stars Series
(PASS) South took place
on Saturday, April 2nd at Dillon Motor
Speedway (SC). The South Carolina Clash 150
was delayed by one week due to weather, but
with no precipitation in the area, Ryan
Blaney drove his way to victory lane at
Dillon for the second year in a row.
21 of the 24 Super Late Model racers on hand
answered the call for time trials. Heath
Hindman looked like he was on his way to his
first pole position of the year when he
turned a 15.622-second lap but Jay Fogleman
ripped off a 15.620, earning the pole
position for the South Carolina Clash.

Anderson SC (3/12) The Pro All Stars Series
(PASS) Super Late Model season kicked off at
Anderson (SC) Motor Speedway ) on Saturday,
March 12th with the Electric City 150.
Durham North Carolina's Jay Fogleman, who
watched his son Tate win the Bandolero
feature earlier in the program, drove his #4
machine from the seventh starting position
to the lead and on to the win, his first
since 2009.
