Eddie MacDonald wins again at NHMS in first-ever Super Late Model race at New England's Superspeedway
Loudon, New Hampshire - Eddie MacDonald of Rowley, Massachusetts added another page to his impressive New Hampshire Motor Speedway resume, scoring an impressive victory in the AIM 60 Pro All Stars Series race, the first-ever Pro All Stars Series Super Late Model race at the "Magic Mile."

It was the seventh victory on the 1.058-mile oval for MacDonald, a three-time winner in NASCAR K&N East Series competition at NHMS, to go along with three race victories in ACT Invitational Late Model competition.

MacDonald was tested in the early stages of the race by fellow front row starter, and reigning PASS North Super Late Model champion, DJ Shaw of Center Conway, New Hampshire before Stonington, Connecticut competitor David Garbo, Jr. entered the picture.

Garbo, relegated to 25th starting position after running afoul of PASS technical inspectors following his heat race, methodically worked his way through the field, needing only 18 laps to take second position away from Shaw.

Garbo chased MacDonald, prevailing on a lap 40 restart and hanging on to the top spot for nearly a dozen laps before New England's reknowned "Outlaw" prevailed in a final side-by-side battle with about eight laps to go.

After likely passing more cars than anyone during the 60-lapper, Garbo claimed runner-up honors behind MacDonald. Spencer Davis of Dawsonville, Georgia rounded out the podium in his first NHMS appearance in a full-bodied racecar.

Shaw managed to cross the finish line in fourth position aboard the Precision JLM ride, with the top five completed by Derek Ramstrom of West Boylston, Massachusetts. Dalton Sargent of Concord, North Carolina made a late-race charge into sixth position under the checkered flag.

Tate Fogleman of Durham, North Carolina unofficially vaulted to the top of the PASS Super Late Model National Championship standings with a seventh-place run, as Ben Rowe - who led the standing entering the race - failed to see the checkered flag and was scored in 21st position.

Rounding out the top ten were Trevor Sanborn of East Parsonsfield, Maine; six-time PASS North Super Late Model champion Johnny Clark of Farmingdale, Maine and current PASS North SLM points leader Mike Rowe of Turner, Maine.

Shaw, Fogleman, MacDonald and Bryan Kruczek scored qualifying heat race wins to kick off the afternoon program.

SUNDAY, JULY 5TH - 12:00 PM
Diverse Group Set To Tackle Magic Mile
In PASS Debut At New Hampshire
NAPLES, ME (July 2) - As the Pro All Stars Series (PASS) AIM Recycling Super Late Models Pres. By Kenny U-Pull prepare for their debut this weekend at Loudon's New Hampshire Motor Speedway, a diverse group of drivers will be front and center in Sunday afternoon's AIM 60.

While it will be the first time PASS has ever competed at the "Magic Mile", several drivers hope to be in the starting lineup that have raced at New Hampshire in the past. No one in Sunday's field will have more experience at Loudon than home state favorite Eddie MacDonald and Plainville, CT's Teddy Christopher. MacDonald has raced everything at New Hampshire Motor Speedway from ACT Late Models to Cup cars and has been a multiple-time winner in the K&N Pro Series East. Christopher is the leading Modified tour winner at New Hampshire with five wins and will be looking for his first PASS win since Stafford in 2012.

"The PASS Super Late Models are really getting around that place," said Christopher after testing at New Hampshire in May. "I ran a 29.2 second lap with the PASS car which is comparable to a Modified lap time there."

Boca Raton, FL's Dalton Sargeant will be making his first trip to New Hampshire Motor Speedway this weekend for the AIM 60 as he returns to the seat of the RW Motorsports entry along with rookie teammate Vinnie Miller. Sargeant caught a lot of attention late last year with several strong runs in the Super Late Model, including a fourth place finish in the season ending Mason-Dixon Meltdown at Southern National Motorsports Park.

"I'm really looking forward to going to New Hampshire Motor Speedway for the first time this weekend in the #5s Galt/Wauters Motorsports Toyota," say Sargeant. "I've heard a lot about NHMS from Richie Wauters. It's really fast, with long straightaways and flat corners that you need to be able to roll the most speed through the corner. It sounds really challenging, but I'm glad I have veteran leadership with Wauters and Bobby Gill on our side. It should be a really great race with some really good competition."

PASS National Championship contender Tate Fogleman will lead a group of drivers from the Southeast up to Loudon for the AIM 60, the third race of the 2015 PASS National Championship Series. Fogleman will be joined by Georgia's Spencer Davis, Kyle Busch Motorsports teammates Kaz Grala and Christopher Bell, and Fathead Racing's David Garbo, Jr. in making the trip up to New Hampshire Motor Speedway.

"The Bull City team and I are really excited about this weekend's race at Loudon," says Fogleman, who will enter Sunday's race second in PASS National Championship points. "I've never raced on a track that big so that will be a new challenge for us. I'm also really looking forward to drafting and how that will impact these PASS Super Late Models."

A great field of PASS AIM Recycling Super Late Model Presented By Kenny U-Pull is expected this weekend at New Hampshire Motor Speedway for the history making AIM 60. Defending series champion DJ Shaw will be joined by Mike and Ben Rowe, Derek Ramstrom, and Kelly Moore, all of whom have raced at Loudon in the past. Former PASS AIM Recycling Super Late Model champions Cassius Clark and Johnny Clark will lead the Maine contingent along with Scott Mulkern, Reid Lanpher, David Oliver, Richie Dearborn, Glen Luce, Bill Penfold, Dave Farrington, Jr., Mike Hopkins, Billy Brady, Joey Doiron, Dillon Moltz, and Trevor Sanborn. In addition to Shaw and MacDonald, a strong group of drivers from New Hampshire will attempt to make Sunday's race including Bryan Kruczek and Mark Lundblad, Jr. PASS regulars Raphael Lessard and Eric St. Gelais are planning to come down from Quebec, while Kyle Desouza will make the trip from Massachusetts.

Action begins on Saturday at New Hampshire Motor Speedway with pit gates opening at 7:30 AM and rotating practice from Noon to 5 PM for the PASS AIM Recycling Super Late Models Presented By Kenny U-Pull, North East Mini Stock Tour, and Sportsman/Limited Late Models. On Sunday, pit gates open at 7:30 AM, with rotating practice from 9-11 AM, qualifying will be at Noon and main events will follow featuring North East Mini Stock Tour, Sportsman/Limited Late Models for 25 laps, and the AIM 60 for the PASS AIM Recycling Super Late Models Presented By Kenny U-Pull.

PASS Super Late Models Set For
History Making Weekend At
New Hampshire Motor Speedway
NAPLES, ME (June 30) - Pro All Stars Series (PASS) AIM Recycling Super Late Models Pres. By Kenny U-Pull from across the United States and Canada are busily preparing for their Independence Day weekend debut at New Hampshire Motor Speedway in Loudon coming up this Saturday and Sunday. The AIM 60 will be the first time North America's longest running Super Late Model series has ever competed on a 1-mile oval and they will be joined by the North East Mini Stock Tour (NEMST) and an open race for the Sportsman/Limited Late Models. And, if that was not enough, Sunday's event at New Hampshire Motor Speedway will be the third race of the PASS National Championship Series, attracting many top PASS racers from the Southeast to the Granite State, including Tate Fogleman and Spencer Davis.

One of New Hampshire's top short track racers is second generation driver DJ Shaw. Following in the footsteps of his dad, Dale, DJ has made a name for himself in the sport, winning the 2014 PASS AIM Recycling Super Late Model Championship. After a slow start to this season, DJ feels like he and his Precision JLM team have hit their stride after taking their first win of the year last weekend at Lee USA Speedway. Shaw was among a handful of drivers that participated in a test at New Hampshire back in May and he hopes that knowledge can translate to perhaps the biggest win of his career.

"The test went about as expected for us, it took a little longer for myself to get up to speed than I would have liked," says Shaw. "I don't think we were too bad, but we needed a little bit more to be as fast as Ted Christopher and some of the other quick guys."

Generally racing on tracks measuring a half-mile and smaller, the 1-mile New Hampshire Motor Speedway will present challenges to the PASS contingent rarely, if ever, seen. One of the most unique aspects to Sunday afternoon's race will be the element of drafting. Approaching speeds as fast as the Cup cars and Modifieds that have raced at Loudon for years, Shaw believes fans will see something they have never seen before in the AIM 60, especially not from Super Late Model race cars.

"It's hard to tell what the draft will do because I didn't run around too many cars during the test," says Shaw. "But, I can tell you for sure that if you get a good run off of the corner, it will be important to stay in the gas until the very last moment and try a slingshot move down into the corner."

As a child, DJ had the opportunity to watch his dad race around New Hampshire Motor Speedway. And, as a matter of fact, he will be one of only a handful of drivers in Sunday's race who have actually competed there themselves in various types of other machines. That, plus the added momentum of winning last weekend at Lee, has Shaw believing he might be able to capture another win close to home.

"It's pretty cool being a home state driver going back to the big track," said Shaw, referring to New Hampshire Motor Speedway. "I've shown signs of speed there in the past, but could never really put together a good finish. So I'm really excited to have another shot at it in a car that I'm more familiar with and comfortable in."

A great field of PASS AIM Recycling Super Late Model Presented By Kenny U-Pull is expected this weekend at New Hampshire Motor Speedway for the history making AIM 60. Shaw will be joined by Mike and Ben Rowe, Ted Christopher, Derek Ramstrom, and Kelly Moore, all whom have raced at Loudon in the past. Tate Fogleman and Spencer Davis will be making the trek North, along with Kyle Busch Motorsports teammates Kaz Grala and Christopher Bell, RW Motorsports drivers Dalton Sargeant and Vinnie Miller, and Connecticut's David Garbo, Jr., driving for the North Carolina-based Fathead Racing team.

Former PASS AIM Recycling Super Late Model champions Cassius Clark and Johnny Clark will lead the Maine contingent along with Scott Mulkern, Reid Lanpher, David Oliver, Richie Dearborn, Glen Luce, Bill Penfold, Dave Farrington, Jr., Mike Hopkins, Billy Brady, Joey Doiron, Dillon Moltz, and Trevor Sanborn. In addition to Shaw, a strong group of drivers from New Hampshire will attempt to make Sunday's race including Bryan Kruczek, Mark Lundblad, Jr., and Eddie MacDonald. PASS regulars Raphael Lessard and Eric St. Gelais are planning to come down from Quebec, while Kyle Desouza will make the trip from Massachusetts.

New Hampshire native Bryan Kruczek will be hoping for another win in his homestate, along with fellow Granite State driver Mark Lundblad, Jr. The state of Maine will be well represented by Reid Lanpher, David Oliver, Richie Dearborn, Glen Luce, Bill Penfold, Dave Farrington, Jr., Mike Hopkins, and veteran Kelly Moore. Massachusetts' Derek Ramstrom is hoping his big track experience will pay off and will be joined by Billy Brady and Kyle Desouza in striving for a win. Quebec's Eric St. Gelais and Raphael Lessard also will be looking for a win as they try to take the trophy north of the border.
